Terms of Service

1. About TryU

TryU (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a digital room visualization service that lets users upload a photograph of their room and see how real furniture products would look placed inside it. The visualizations are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended as a design aid, not a guarantee of how the actual products will appear in person.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use our paid services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your email and 6-digit PIN confidential. TryU is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@tryu.in.

4. Credits & Payments

Visualizations require design credits. Credits are purchased through our payment partner, Razorpay, using UPI, credit/debit cards, or netbanking. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.

Credits are non-transferable and are linked to the purchasing account. Credits do not expire unless the account is deleted.

5. Visualizations

Each credit entitles you to one AI-generated room visualization with up to 5 furniture items. The output is a digitally composed image — colours, textures, proportions, lighting, and shadows are approximations produced by AI and may differ from the actual products.

TryU does not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical furniture. Product listings link directly to third-party retailers (Amazon India, Pepperfry, etc.) and purchases are governed by their respective terms.

6. User Content

By uploading a room photograph, you grant TryU a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the image solely for the purpose of generating your visualization and, if you explicitly opt in, displaying it in the public gallery. You retain all ownership of your original photographs.

You must not upload images that contain illegal, obscene, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

7. Gallery Submissions

Submitting a visualization to the public gallery requires explicit consent. Submissions are reviewed by a moderator before appearing publicly. You may request removal of your submission at any time by contacting support.

8. Intellectual Property

The TryU platform, its design, code, and branding are the property of TryU. The AI-generated visualizations are jointly owned: you own the right to use, share, and download your visualizations; we retain the right to use anonymised versions for improving our service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TryU is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any visualization. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TryU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
