Refund & Cancellation Policy

TryU is a digital service. When you purchase design credits, you receive the ability to generate AI-powered room visualizations. No physical goods are shipped.

When Refunds Are Issued

We issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical failure: if a visualization fails to generate due to a server error on our end (not due to an invalid image or unsupported room type), and the credit was consumed, we will refund the credit to your account. You can check this at My Designs — a consumed credit with no rendered image is eligible for a refund.
  • Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate amount.
  • Unused credits (within 7 days): if you purchased credits but have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, or once any credit from the purchase has been used, the purchase is non-refundable.

When Refunds Are Not Issued

  • Dissatisfaction with AI output: visualizations are AI-generated approximations. Variations in colour, scale, shadow, or placement are inherent to the technology. We cannot guarantee pixel-perfect results. A credit is considered consumed once a visualization is successfully generated, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the aesthetic result.
  • Partially used credit packs: if you purchased a 5-credit pack and used 2 credits, the remaining 3 are non-refundable.
  • Account deletion: if you delete your account, unused credits are forfeited.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@tryu.in with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The Razorpay transaction ID (from your payment receipt)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

There is no subscription to cancel. You pay per credit, use them at your own pace, and credits do not expire. If you wish to stop using TryU entirely, you can simply stop logging in — no cancellation step is needed.
