My visualization looks different from the actual product. Can I get a refund?▾
Visualizations are AI-generated approximations. Minor differences in colour, texture, and placement are expected. Credits are consumed once a visualization is successfully generated. See our Refund Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?▾
Email hello@tryu.in with your registered email address and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 7 days.
Can I remove my design from the public gallery?▾
Yes — email hello@tryu.in with the share link (/r/...) and we'll remove it within 24 hours.
Which payment methods do you accept?▾
UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and netbanking — all processed securely by Razorpay.
Do credits expire?▾
No. Credits remain in your account until used or until the account is deleted.
