Digital-Only Service
TryU is a digital service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. When you purchase design credits, you receive instant access to our AI room visualization tool — there is nothing to ship.
Instant Delivery
Design credits are added to your account immediately after successful payment. There is no processing delay — you can start visualizing your room within seconds of completing the payment.
Furniture Purchases
TryU links to furniture products sold by third-party retailers such as Amazon India and Pepperfry. If you click “Buy” on a product in your visualization, you are redirected to the retailer's website. Any purchases you make there are governed entirely by that retailer's shipping, delivery, and return policies. TryU has no involvement in the fulfilment of physical product orders.
